You can bridge your tokens from Arbitrum to Ethereum and vice versa using this dApp. First, select Bridge from the menu on the Arbitrum page. Selecting this tab leads to a page with two sections: From and To. The From section contains the blockchain that you would like to bridge from (the source chain), and the To section is the chain you'd want to bridge to (the destination chain). The From section is set to Ethereum by default but can be changed to Arbitrum depending on what you prefer. In the To section, you can select Arbitrum One, Arbitrum Nova, or Ethereum, depending on your given trade at hand. Next, you input the amount of tokens you want to bridge from the balance in your wallet. Lastly, click on Move Funds and confirm the transaction in the pop-up dialog box. It should take less than an hour to see your funds in Arbitrum. A Txn History beside the Bridge tab you’re working on contains your transaction history. It also includes the initiation time of each transaction and whether they’ve been completed or are pending. You can move your funds back (withdraw) to Ethereum too. This time, choose Arbitrum as the source blockchain and Ethereum as the destination chain. Next, input the amount of tokens you want to withdraw, click on Move Funds, and confirm the transaction. Withdrawing tokens from Arbitrum to the Ethereum mainnet takes 7 days to complete.
