What Is Jito?

Jito is the only liquid staking service on Solana that shares MEV (Maximum Extractable Value) rewards with its users. By staking SOL into the Jito Stake Pool, users receive JitoSOL—an on-chain liquid token representing their staked SOL.

How Jito Works

When users stake SOL through Jito, their assets are delegated to high-performing MEV-optimized validators. These validators extract MEV through advanced block production strategies and share the resulting rewards with the stake pool. JitoSOL holders benefit from both standard staking rewards and additional MEV yield, while retaining liquidity across Solana DeFi.
